BILA ANDA MENDERITA SERANGAN JANTUNG
Jika anda sedang sendirian

Dr. Yul Iskandar.,PhD

Laying in a supine position, slowly inhales for five seconds , then slowly exhales for five seconds . This is a total of ten seconds for one cycle. You needs to repeat this inhaling and exhaling for a total time period of no less than one minute,

When a person inhales, their heart rate increases (sympathetic activity) and when they exhale their heart rate decreases (parasympathetic activity). If you do not have normal HRV (Heart Rate Variation), you may have para-sympathetic dysfunction. This may be a very dangerous condition. Without normal HRV, if you performs some form of aerobic activity, this may cause to develop ventricular tachycardia, which could lead to sudden death.

The heart is commanded by the brain through the help of the central nervous system.
The heart beat of a healthy man is changed through two sets of commands, received simultaneously by the parasympathetic system (which involves quick changes of the beat) and sympathetic system (which involves slow changes in the heart beat). Because of these two variables, the heart beat rate varies along a sinusoidal function which is centered to a median value (the number of heart beat / min).
These variations of the heart beat are affected by the thoughts, emotions and physical activities. Also important changes in our heart beats variability will affect our capacity of taking decisions, problem solving and creativity along with ways in which we perceive the events that take place around us.
During the physical or psycho-mental stress (characterized by feelings of fear, anger, frustration and depression) we can observe an increase of activity in the sympathetic nervous system, and a decrease of activity of the parasympathetic nervous system. This leads to an increase risk of fibrillation, increase stress of the heart and affects the hormonal and immunological systems.
During a well-being state of mind (caused by sincere appreciation, laughter and love), the parasympathetic nervous system’s activity increases. The effects are positive to the cardiovascular, immunologic and hormonal system.

Patient: Dr.Yul Iskandar.,PhD , born 21-07-1944, Diagnosis ; myocardial infarction since 1987.. Had been coronary artery bypass operation, vein-graft to D1, M1 + RCA and Artery mammaria graft to RIVA. Operation performed on the 26-03-1997 in the Heart Center by Professor Dr.Med. R. Korfer, Klinik fur Thorax und Kardiovaskularchirurgie, Herz und Diabetes-zentrum NRW, Georgstrase 11, Bad Oeynhausen, Germany.
